Biography
Lois Reid Clemente was born and raised in the West Palm Beach area. Her family's ties to the area can be traced back generations. Her father, a prominent local attorney, was a founding partner of the law firm of Reid & Heeke and later joined Murphy, Reid, Pilotte & Ord, LLP with offices in Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and Vero Beach. Clemente graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Centenary College in Hackettstown, New Jersey. She began her legal education at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami and later transferred to the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctorate.
Upon admission to the Florida Bar, Clemente accepted a position at the law firm of Murphy, Reid, Pilotte & Ord, LLP where she worked at the firm's Palm Beach and Vero Beach offices. Her primary areas of practice include estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianships and real estate. Clemente is a member of the American Bar Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Florida Bar's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. She is also actively involved in various charitable and nonprofit organizations.
Clemente joined Whitehead Law Offices in May of 2011. She currently resides in West Palm Beach with her husband, Raphael, and their daughter, Kaia.
