Guardianship

In cases where an adult has become incapacitated, a minor has lost both parents, or property has been left to a minor or incapacitated adult, guardianships are recommended, and often required by law, to provide special protection for these individuals.  Guardianships are also used to protect elderly incapacitated persons from the undue influence of persons with ill intent and motives.

Our attorneys and paralegals at Whitehead Law Offices have extensive experience with guardianships and will provide you with compassionate and skillful guidance and counsel throughout the entire process.  We are dedicated to protecting the rights of incapacitated persons while acting in their best interests.
